We will also welcome information and photos from our volunteers that can be posted here. We still have to learn how this will all work but I have had this bouncing around in my head for a few months and decided to act on it today.
For those curious about PRP but not a volunteer, we volunteer in the Cook County Forest Preserve District, in the 17,000 acres of the Palos Division, just southwest of Chicago, Illinois. We we work cooperatively with FPD employees cutting brush, pulling weeds, collecting seed, and helping on controlled burns. We will be celebrating our 20th year of doing this work next year.
